Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Lead Groundskeeper to maintain golf course grounds. Responsibilities include cup location changes, tee station service, marker movement, divots, and routine cleanup across the course.

The role requires 1–2 years of groundskeeping experience, bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, and leadership potential. It is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and outdoor work in San Diego.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.
• 1–2 years in groundskeeping work.
• Leadership experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Change cup locations on greens daily or as directed by supervisor.
• Service teeing ground stations on course, move markers.
• Move markers and sand/seed divots from prior day.
• Remove broken tees and trash from receptacles.
• Maintain ball-washers, water, and soap; patrol trash during rounds.
• Monitor course traffic control devices (ropes, stakes, signs).
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Rake leaves, trash, and cut grass for transport.
• Operate mowing equipment for small turf areas.
• Apply irrigation per supervisor directions.
