Job summary

Innovo Construction, LLC is seeking a skilled Lead Glazier Supervisor to oversee storefront and curtainwall projects in the Washington, DC area. The role entails supervising a crew of 2–15 glaziers and laborers, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with project stakeholders.

You will review shop drawings, manage field measurements, and maintain production schedules with the Project Manager, while controlling materials and deliveries on site.

Qualifications

• Technical two-year degree or equivalent construction experience.
• Good writing and speaking English.
• Minimum of 10 years experience with custom storefront and curtainwall systems.
• Ability to lead a team of 2–15 glaziers and laborers.
• OSHA 30 safety certification or equivalent mandatory safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 2 to 15 glaziers and laborers.
• Enforce safety (OSHA 30 mandatory) and safety controls.
• Communicate with the client and assist Foreman meetings.
• Review and work from shop drawings and architectural drawings.
• Prepare schedule with Project Manager and meet production goals.
• 100% responsible for quality control of the team.
• Field measurement and layout.
• Control all jobsite materials and deliveries.
• Manage and operate equipment and tools.
