Job summary

Glenbard North High School is seeking a Head Coach for Girls Gymnastics to lead a competitive program and empower student-athletes. The role emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic growth for athletes.

The coach will work with district athletics staff, supervise assistants, and foster a culture of learning and achievement while ensuring safety and sportsmanship across practices and events.

Qualifications

• IHSA Coaching Certification required with CPR/AED training.
• Experience coaching gymnastics is preferred.
• Strong communication with students, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of gymnastics content and sport.
• Assess athletes' skills and adjust practices accordingly.
• Plan coherent instruction and supervise coaching staff.
