Job summary

UC San Diego’s Department of Pathology invites applications for Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary Pathologists to join the Division of Anatomic Pathology. Candidates will contribute to general care, organ transplant, and cancer programs across UC San Diego Health facilities, including the Moores Cancer Center and Jacobs Medical Center.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or MD/PhD in Pathology or related field required.
• California medical license eligibility or equivalent certification/permit required.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Anatomic or Anatomic/Clinical Pathology required.

• Provide clinical service for GI/hepatobiliary pathology and related cancer programs.
• Collaborate on translational GI/liver research and teaching of students, residents, fellows.

Education

MD/DO or MD/PhD in Pathology or related field

California medical license eligibility or equivalent
