Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a part-time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to engage shoppers at retail locations, educate them about whole-home water systems, and gather qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires strong communication, an outgoing demeanor, and the ability to manage your own schedule, including weekends.

You’ll be the first contact with potential customers, providing friendly service, taking questions, and feeding feedback to marketing to improve outreach.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities

• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation

• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way

• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up

• Provide an excellent customer experience while answeringgeneral questions

• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help us improve outreach efforts

• Have the ability tostand up to 8 hours

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to set up and breakdowndemodisplay when needed.
