Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in a similar role.

• Extensive knowledge of proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment (steamers, ovens, mixers, grills, dishwashing equipment).
• Thorough understanding of basic sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides utility staff on duties and safety procedures.
• Ensures dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to guest standards.
• Maintains and cleans dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, storerooms, refrigerators, and related areas.
• Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports issues to management.
• Performs light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Follows Aramark safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation.
