Job summary

NEOMED’s Bitonte College of Dentistry seeks a general dentistry educator for a non-tenure track clinical faculty role at the assistant or associate professor rank. The position starts at 0.6 FTE and will convert to 1.0 FTE after six months, teaching, supervising, and mentoring predoctoral students in D3 and D4 clinics.

Responsibilities include direct clinical instruction, evaluation, and fostering patient management, diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree or equivalent.
• Eligibility to obtain an Ohio dental license or an Ohio Limited Dental Teaching License at time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Teach, supervise, and evaluate predoctoral students in general dentistry for D3/D4 clinics.
• Engage in service through committee work and professional organizations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department Chair.
