You will be backed by a partnership group that runs the business side, allowing you to focus on patient care while they handle HR, billing, marketing and compliance.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Florida dental license (or eligibility)
• 7+ years of clinical experience
• Genuine interest in ownership and long-term growth
• Confidence stepping into a lead provider role
• Strong communication and team skills
