Job summary

East Haddam Dental Associates seeks an experienced General Dentist to join our Moodus, CT practice. You will take ownership of an established patient base and productive schedule while leading clinically with the support of Affinity Dental Management.

You will enjoy complete clinical autonomy with access to periodontics, oral surgery, and a skilled team, plus compensation based on 32–35% of collections, sign-on and retention incentives, and robust administrative backing.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active Connecticut dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• 3+ years of General Dentistry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong comprehensive treatment planning and restorative skills.
• Excellent communication and case presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Take ownership of an established patient base and productive schedule.
• Build long-term patient relationships and maintain continuity of care.
• Identify opportunities and confidently communicate recommendations.
• Collaborate with specialists on complex and multidisciplinary cases.
