Job summary

Castle Dental - Champions, supported by Smile Brands, seeks a dentist to lead patient care with clinical autonomy and strong team leadership. You will build relationships, perform thorough exams, and tailor treatment plans to individual needs while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary network.

Offered compensation ranges from $200,000 to $400,000 per year, with benefits including malpractice insurance, time off, health/dental/vision, 401k, and optional CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
