Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• 1+ year leading or managing engineering teams.
• Experience with LLM providers (OpenAI/Claude) and MCP.
• Experience architecting multi-step agentic workflows and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Engage across the full feature development cycle from ideation to launch and maintenance.
• Convert business needs into structured technical implementations.
• Develop and sustain intuitive interfaces and backend services.
• Coordinate with designers, product owners, and engineers to influence product direction.
• Identify and fix performance, reliability, and usability issues.
• Contribute to code reviews to uphold quality across the codebase.
• Record technical decisions and progress for knowledge transfer.
• Provide estimates for task scope and timelines to stakeholders.
