Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead within the Global Business Applied AI team. You will partner with executives and leaders on critical business projects to maximize internal tools value, collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, risk, compliance, legal and finance across the globe.

This role focuses on tools strategy, governance, sales enablement and analytics, with exposure to external and internal system stakeholders and a compensation package including a 15% bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

About the job

The Product Operations team sits within the Global Business Applied AI (GBAI) team, and is responsible for leading tools strategy across business operations, governance, legal compliance, sales enablement, and measurement and analytics. GBAI resides within the Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team and enables Google’s Business Organization (GBO) to drive customer success.

As a Strategy & Operations Lead in the Global Business Applied AI organization, you will work directly with business executives and key leaders on critical business projects to unlock the full value of our internal tools. This is truly a cross‑functional role working with key partners across global product leads for external and internal systems, product management, engineering, marketing, risk, compliance, legal, and finance.
