Studio Mobler in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a Lead Furniture Maker to join our design-driven shop. This senior role requires strong technical skills, the ability to think critically through builds, and ownership from start to finish on diverse projects—from solid wood to casework and mixed-material pieces.

You will mentor junior fabricators, interpret drawings, troubleshoot with the team, and help maintain a clean, well-equipped shop. Competitive pay: $26–$30/hr, health insurance, PTO, full-time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a professional fabricator in a furniture shop.
• Ability to independently execute complex builds from solid wood to casework.
• Experience mentoring junior fabricators is a big plus.
• Rhino 3D skills are a big plus.

Studio Mobler is a custom furniture and millwork shop based in Wheat Ridge, building high-end work for office, hospitality, and residential clients. We're looking for a lead furniture maker to join our team. This is a senior level role for someone who brings strong technical skills, the ability to think critically through builds, and who takes ownership of work from start tofinish.

What We're LookingFor

• 3 + years as a professional fabricator in a furniture shop
• Able to independently execute complex builds-from solid wood to casework to mixed-material pieces
• Metal working knowledge a plus -but notrequired
• Skilled in machine setup/maintenance, shop flow, and materialhandling
• Confident interpreting drawings, troubleshooting issues with the team, and asking the right questions
• Experience mentoring junior fabricators is abigplus
• Degree or formal training in woodworking is a bonus -but notrequired
• Rhino 3 D skills abigplus
