Job summary

Sierra-Cedar is seeking a motivated PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Student Financials Lead Functional Consultant for its Higher Education practice. This hands-on role covers the full student life cycle from admissions to financials, with emphasis on configuration, data mapping, and reporting.

You’ll work with client stakeholders to ensure systems reflect real institutional operations, mentor junior staff, and help guide large multi-phase implementations across higher education environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and hands-on functional experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Student Financials
• Experience implementing or configuring PS CS SF for higher education institutions
• Strong understanding of registrar, bursar, and financial aid processes in a college setting

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to PS CS SF implementations from start to finish
• Perform fit-gap analysis aligning client processes with system capabilities
• Manage data mapping and conversion into PS CS SF
• Configure SF modules (billing, payment plans, refunds, third-party contracts)
• Develop reports and interfaces for client reporting and integration
• Collaborate with Bursar's office, Student Accounts, and Financial Aid to reflect institutional operations
• Mentor team members in lead roles on projects
