Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Full Stack .NET Developer in Newark, NJ for a hybrid contract position with a major investment firm. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications across the full technology stack, guiding architecture decisions and mentoring developers.

You’ll work hands-on across frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps, with responsibilities in CI/CD, performance optimization, and security best practices in Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Web API.
• Angular or React development experience.
• SQL Server, Entity Framework, and API development.
• Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
• Develop scalable solutions using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET, React, and SQL Server.
• Drive architecture, integration, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business partners in Agile teams.
• Support CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, and production support activities.
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmap development.
