In this hands-on, player-coach role, you'll drive the development of innovative AI products while providing technical leadership to your team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks, and familiarity with Python-based systems. The position offers a salary range of $200,000 to $240,000, as well as stock options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience building and shipping production software as a full stack engineer.
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive execution in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience mentoring engineers and helping raise the level of the team.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the development of key areas of Evertune’s product experience.
• Lead and manage junior engineers through thoughtful code reviews.
• Design, develop, and ship high-performance user experiences.
