Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Cambridge, MA team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript, and collaborate with AI/ML and product teams.

Own features end to end, deliver production-grade APIs, and optimize performance across the stack. Relocation package available; start ASAP; English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience.
• Strong Node.js proficiency (Express, NestJS).
• Proficient with React and TypeScript in production.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of modern web architecture and cloud environments.
• Ability to own features and ship to production independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack apps with Node.js, React, TS.
• Architect and develop backend services, APIs, data models.
• Build modern web interfaces with React.
• Own features end to end from design to production support.
• Optimize performance across frontend, API latency, and DB queries.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI/ML teams.
• Establish testing, code quality, observability, and CI/CD.
• Improve system architecture, scalability, developer experience.
• Debug and resolve production issues across frontend and backend.
