Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role for someone who loves solving hard problems, building production‑grade systems, and turning emerging AI capabilities into real business outcomes. You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, product development, and platform architecture—helping teams move from "what if?" to production. What You'll Do

Build for Scale

Design cloud‑native systems capable of supporting enterprise‑scale usage. Optimize performance, reliability, scalability, and operational costs. Develop integration patterns connecting AI capabilities to enterprise systems, knowledge sources, APIs, and workflows. Help establish standards and foundations that enable many teams to build on top of AI safely and efficiently.

Champion Responsible AI

Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements. Define evaluation strategies that measure quality, accuracy, safety, and business impact. Help establish best practices for AI observability, monitoring, and risk management.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years building or leading production AI/ML solutions.
• Strong experience with large language models, AI orchestration frameworks, vector search, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one additional modern programming language, preferrably C#/.Net.
• Experience building cloud‑native applications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $129,300 - $177,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
