Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Tech Lead in San Francisco to guide backend and fullstack systems for AI agent infrastructure, shaping architecture and leading a small, fast-moving team responsible for delivering critical capabilities.

You will partner with customers to define the roadmap, own key components, and drive reliability improvements in production, including reducing hallucinations and drift while delivering high-impact results.
