Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Full Stack Developer to build and maintain applications, workflows, and data pipelines within Palantir Foundry.

You will work with architects, analysts, and product owners to deliver secure, scalable solutions across finance, supply chain, and engineering domains. The role emphasizes full stack development, data integration, and adherence to enterprise standards, agile practices, and secure coding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of related experience; or Graduate Degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years without degree.
• Experience with modern programming languages (Python, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript) and full stack development.
• Experience with relational/non-relational databases, data transformations, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, code reviews, and testing.
• Experience in Agile teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack apps, workflows, and services in Palantir Foundry.
• Implement frontend and backend features, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Translate user stories into technical solutions with guidance.
• Build and maintain batch and real-time data pipelines integrating legacy systems.
• Ensure data transformations, validations, and quality checks are in place.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security teams.
• Contribute to testing, debugging, and defect resolution across components.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and deliver with the team.
