Job summary
Insight Global in New Jersey is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive design and delivery of enterprise web apps using .NET and Angular. You will own API design, system integrations, and database development, while partnering with architecture, product, and QA.
You'll oversee cloud implementations, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and ensure quality and reliability. Mentor team members and lead engineering standards in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise software development with proven technical leadership experience.
- Backend development with C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and REST APIs.
- Frontend experience with Angular JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
- Deep experience with SQL Server (data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning).
- Experience leading API design, integrations, and governance across systems.
- Knowledge of application security (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, OWASP, secure coding practices).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Git workflows, and tools like JIRA.
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Messaging/event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus).
- Observability tools (App Insights, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana).
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, finance, etc.).
- Mobile Application Development
- EHR/EMR Development Experience
