CDW seeks an experienced Lead Consultant – Full Stack & AI Developer to design, develop, and lead modern full‑stack applications powered by Generative AI and LLMs. You will drive GenAI/LLM‑powered solutions, architect scalable backend APIs, and build React front‑ends integrated with enterprise data sources.

Competenze

• 7–12 years of software development experience with strong hands‑on development expertise.
• Strong experience in React.js and modern front‑end development.
• Strong experience in Node.js and backend/API development.
• Hands‑on experience building Generative AI / LLM applications.
• Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) architecture and implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain.
• Hands‑on experience with LangGraph and agentic workflows.
• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for AI application development.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and third‑party integrations.
• Good understanding of vector databases, embeddings, chunking, retrieval, and semantic search.
