Amazon Fulfillment Center in Chesapeake, VA is seeking Lead Fulfillment Associates to support operations leaders and drive strong performance. You will perform duties such as picking, packing, receiving, and loading while guiding teammates and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, standing 10–12 hours, and flexibility to work weekends or overtime. Starting pay ranges hourly with benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

The Amazon operations team is looking for Lead Fulfillment Associates with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center. All roles include production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Fulfillment Associates will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
