Job summary

Cleartech Recruiting is assisting a client in the investments space to hire a hands-on Lead UI/UX Developer for their front office technology team. You will define front-end architecture and a shared design system across desktop, web, and mobile, and build real-time dashboards for data-dense views.

You will mentor UI engineers, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with investment teams to translate trading and risk workflows into prototypes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in front-end or UI/UX engineering, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep React and TypeScript skills; working knowledge of Node.js.
• Experience with desktop interop containers and Python or C# .NET Core services.
• Strong grasp of financial markets and market data.

Responsibilities

• Define front-end architecture and a shared design system for a new platform.
• Build responsive dashboards for desktop, web, and mobile with real-time data.
• Keep interfaces fast under heavy streaming data loads.
• Run discovery with investment teams and turn trading workflows into prototypes.
• Identify and deliver AI-powered features for front office tools.
• Set coding standards and mentor UI engineers.
