Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Front-End Lead to drive architecture for high‑performance, responsive web apps. You will own front-end decisions, translate designs into reusable components, and mentor junior developers while partnering with backend teams on APIs and security.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, unit/integration tests, and adherence to security practices within an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong React/Angular and Java Spring Boot skills are required.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with React.js and Angular (both).
• Strong state management skills (Redux, NgRx, Zustand, etc.).
• Proficient in responsive design and CSS preprocessing.
• Demonstrated component-based architecture and micro-frontend concepts.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot and API security (OAuth2/JWT).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, gateways, and data modeling.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Leadership

• Lead the architecture and development of responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Own front-end technical decisions, coding standards, and best practices.
• Translate UX/UI designs into reusable, scalable front-end components.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce clean code principles.

Backend Collaboration & Exposure

• Work closely with backend teams to define APIs, data contracts, and integration patterns.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL).
• Understand backend concepts such as authentication, authorization, session management, and caching.
• Perform light backend development or debugging when needed.

DevOps & Quality

• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Implement unit tests, integration tests, and front-end automation frameworks.
• Ensure security best practices (XSS, CSRF, OWASP awareness).
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications
