Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Lead Front Bar Receptionist to support daily front bar operations, lead guest experience, and drive sales performance in a fast-paced skincare environment. This role combines hands-on service with team leadership and brand consistency.

You will help train Front Bar Receptionists, manage openings and closings, coordinate events, monitor inventory and marketing efforts, and ensure an elevated guest experience aligned with FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in leadership, customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
• Previous salon, spa, retail, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally at front desk.
• Assist Store Manager with daily scheduling and front desk needs.
• Assist with inventory, orders, and receiving shipments.
• Support guest retention through Skin ID cards and follow-ups.
• Help drive retail, memberships, and service goals.
• Coach team on customer service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and brand standards.
• Plan and execute in-store and community events.
