• Control shrink and manage waste through inventory practices.
• Manage labor schedules aligned with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Order, receive, inspect, and store produce per guidelines.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives in the department.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive sales.
