Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related work experience in fraud strategy or fraud data science.
• Understanding of statistics, probability theory, econometrics, and time-series analysis.
• Experience with data extraction in SQL environments.
• Proficient in Python; familiarity with Hive, Spark, Athena, and AWS SageMaker.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop fraud rules and strategies in fraud prevention systems.
• Independently perform sophisticated data analytics using structured and unstructured data.
• Manage projects related to fraud strategies, governance, data structures, and deliverables.
• Communicate statistics related to daily fraud mitigation operations to stakeholders.
• Review products to ensure they meet stakeholder needs; support vendor relationships.
