Zusammenfassung

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to ensure safe productivity of a crew, coordinate daily work, and train team members. The role requires operating and maintaining equipment, communicating with the General Foreperson, and enforcing OSHA safety standards in field conditions.

The position is full-time, hourly, with compensation based on experience and a robust benefits package including health/dental/vision, retirement plan, EAP, and disability insurance.

Qualifikationen

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Must be able to identify tree and shrub species.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, or at various heights, on uneven and slippery surfaces, performing mentally/physically demanding work.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have organizational skills and be able to multi-task.

Aufgaben

• Trims and/or removes trees by climbing with equipment or from ground.
• Operates and maintains equipment; loads/unloads trucks.
• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for crew after orders from General Foreperson.
• Conducts field training/retraining for crew on new/revised units.
• Enforces safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
