Job summary

Nike by You is recruiting a Lead Footwear Product Developer to drive the future of customization. You will lead footwear projects across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids, from product creation through digital expression to product launch, partnering with Color and Material Design, PMO, and other teams.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in footwear product creation, strong project management, and the ability to build relationships across global teams while traveling up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, material development, engineering, physical sciences or related field.
• 6+ years of Footwear Product Creation experience.
• Background in engineering, material development, and footwear product testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive product and process excellence across assigned projects.
• Develop Nike footwear through color, material, and graphic execution.
• Solve construction and manufacturing challenges proactively.
• Manage projects through all phases to meet critical dates.
• Balance design, performance, cost, sustainability, digital expression, and product integrity.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver consumer‑relevant product.
• Partner with our digital team to create a compelling online customization experience for our consumer.
