Maverik is seeking a Lead Food Service Team Member to guide the store team, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain clean, efficient food operations. You will lead by example, train teammates, and help deliver Maverik’s fresh food and GREAT GET customer experience.

• Champion GET: Model and reinforce Maverik's GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations, helping Team Members consistently deliver a friendly, welcoming, and exceptional customer experience.
• Leadership & Team Support: Be a leader and team player as you conduct orientation and training for Team Members, ensuring proper and safe food preparation.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
