Maverik is seeking a Lead Food Service Team Member in Colorado to guide operations, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead by example, supervise teammates, and ensure food safety and quality while maintaining clean, organized kitchens and engaging displays for customers.

Starting pay: $19.84 - $21.84/hr. with both career and growth opportunities!

• Leadership & Team Support: Be a leader and team player as you conduct orientation and training for Team Members, ensuring proper and safe food preparation.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
