Maverik Inc. is hiring a Lead Food Service Team Member in Montana to guide daily operations, mentor teammates, and ensure top-notch customer service. The role emphasizes leading by example, maintaining clean and organized kitchens, and delivering consistent food quality.

You will oversee training, uphold Maverik’s GET standards, and help create memorable customer experiences while preparing Bonfire items and managing displays. The position offers full-time hours and growth opportunities.

• Renowned Customer Service: Provide friendly, helpful customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
• Food Preparation & Display: Prepare and cook Maverik Bonfire food items by following recipes and maintaining displays.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
