You will lead by example, train Team Members, and help maintain clean, organized service areas while upholding Maverik’s GET standards. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to food service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking.
• Food safety certification required by applicable jurisdiction.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations.
• Lead orientation and training for Team Members to ensure safe food preparation.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
• Prepare and display Maverik Bonfire food items by following recipes and maintaining appealing displays.
