Qualifications

• SERV Safe certification or equivalent preferred in CA and HI.
• SERVSAFE OR CFH OR FH-BFSC OR FH-efoodcard required.
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees personnel and responsibilities.
• Assists in cafeteria duties including cashiering and stocking vending machines.
• Completes routine inspection and properly documents log entries and generates corrective action as needed.
• Assists in the evaluation of the work performance of employees.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Oversees kitchen personnel. Ensures that the stock and the facility remain sanitary. Responds to customer needs. Cashiers, and maintains quality of food. Applies substantial knowledge and experience to perform a wide range of advanced activities and/or determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals; serves as working supervisor for team or work group.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
