Qualifications

Responsibilities
Develop discipline man-hour budgets and work breakdown structure.
Lead engineering field audits and onsite scope development.
Prepare project cost estimates and turnover plans.
Direct procurement process and vendor quality oversight.
Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies.
Support the development of monthly client status reports.
