Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Oneonta, Alabama, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team. You will provide patient-centered care across age groups, including urgent and primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine, with strong support and leadership development.

Qualifications

• FNP board certification required.
• MSN or higher education required; new grads welcome.
• DOT certification preferred or willingness to obtain (company covers cost).
• Excellent communication skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients in urgent care settings.
• Perform minor procedures and suturing as needed.
• Coordinate telemedicine and occupational medicine duties.
• Lead a small clinical team in a high-volume environment.
• Provide patient education and care across age groups.
