Qualifications

• Flooring installation experience (Lead level).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical work.
• Professional attitude when working in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Lead Installer on each project, directing the crew and ensuring work is completed efficiently and correctly
• Install flooring according to company standards
• Review project scope and prepare job site
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Deliver excellent craftsmanship and customer service
• Ensure every project meets company quality standards
