Job summary

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets.
• Strip and prepare floors using proper machinery.
• Apply wax and buff floors.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Deep clean painted floors using appropriate chemicals.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Other duties as assigned.
