You will help with daily care, safety, and development while following HighScope and local standards. No religious requirement to apply; we welcome educators from all backgrounds who share our commitment to care, learning, and community.

Qualifikationen

• Requirements include High School diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with children and building bonds with families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Lead Qualified Teacher and prior childcare/teaching experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure Safety & Well-Being: maintain a safe, clean classroom following health guidelines.
• Daily Care & Routines: assist with feeding, bottles, diapering and foster independence.
• Family Communication: build strong relationships with families and conduct conferences.
• Compliance & Best Practices: follow HighScope, Youngstar, and DCF standards.
• Team Collaboration: work with co-teachers and support other classrooms.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: keep classrooms disinfected and organized daily.
