Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers in your class and lead curriculum implementation in alignment with licensing guidelines.

You will also build strong relationships with families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success, with a focus on a supportive, active classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children by promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
