The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in a relevant engineering field and significant experience in UAV testing. The anticipated salary range is between $150,000 and $190,000 annually, reflecting compensation benchmarks across the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ experience in conducting formal tests at the component, subsystem, and system level.
• At least 4 years’ experience in conducting tests of aircraft/UAVs.
• Experience generating formal test plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Generate test plans based on design and test requirements.
• Lead the conduct of tests and coordinate other personnel.
• Provide detailed feedback to design activities.

Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

Working cooperatively with a team

Education

B.S. in a flight/UAV related engineering field
