Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable experience in fixed wing developmental or qualification testing.
• Ability to independently perform mission critical test engineering duties and lead junior staff.
• Expertise in test design, instrumentation, data reduction, and results interpretation.
• Familiarity with Air Force and AFTC/96 TW test planning processes and safety standards.
• Experience coordinating resources across ranges, airspace, maintenance, instrumentation, and support agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of performance requirements and test objectives for DT&E and QT&E on C-130 platforms.
• Conduct expert evaluations of requirement documents, system descriptions, and test inputs; assess operability and functionality.
• Support test planning meetings, reviews, and coordination across teams; prepare briefing materials.
• Develop and staff MOTs, test plans, CONOPS, flight test cards, reports, TEMPs, and T&E strategies.
• Support and oversee test execution, collect data, validate instrumentation, analyze results, and prepare final reports.
