Job summary

A local franchised glass service provider is seeking an experienced Glazing/Flat Glass Lead Technician. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the flat glass industry and will be responsible for cutting glass, installations, and ensuring safety on job sites. Proficiency in reading tape measures and excellent communication skills are crucial. This position offers a pay range starting at $24 an hour based on experience and a commitment to quality work and training standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Flat Glass Industry required.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety remains a top priority.
• Cut flat glass and mirrors to specified dimensions.
• Install Insulated Glass Units (IGUs).
• Measure and install heavy glass including butt glazing.
• Install euro shower doors and panels.
