Job summary

Bryant & Stratton College in Wisconsin seeks a Head Coach for Flag Football to recruit, organize, and lead the intercollegiate program at the NJCAA Division II level. You will oversee practices, games, and travel while upholding high standards of ethics and sportsmanship.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or higher with coaching experience and the ability to recruit student-athletes. NJCAA rules familiarity and a clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Desire: football coaching experience at the high school level or above.
• Desire: college recruiting experience.
• First aid/CPR certification a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and leadership skills.
• Must be able to be a positive role model for young adults.
• Familiarity with NJCAA rules and regulations a plus.
• Clean driving record strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Head Coach of Flag Football responsible for all aspects of the program with emphasis on recruiting.
• Recruit players, hold tryouts and run the intercollegiate Flag Football team.
• Become knowledgeable of NJCAA flag football rules and student-athlete eligibility.
• Represent the College professionally; supervise staff and student-athletes while traveling.
• Schedule, organize, supervise, and conduct all practices and games.
• May be required to drive vans to games.
• Other duties may be assigned by the head coach and athletic director.
