Qualifications

• 10+ years' welding experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 5+ years' experience in a related role.
• Ability to perform under tight schedules and follow directives.

Responsibilities

• Review scope documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure project constructs adhere to design, budget, and schedule.
• Interface with Production Manager to enforce company policies.
• Provide leadership and management for craftsmen.
• Monitor progress and provide prioritized work activity instructions.
