Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Head Fitness Coach to lead a passionate studio team in a results-driven environment. You will guide members through high-energy, heart-rate focused workouts and ensure proper form and motivation.

You’ll hold a current fitness certification and AED/CPR, mentor coaches, collaborate with the studio manager, and help members achieve More Life through engaging, science-based training and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• AED/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensure members use correct form and receive coaching corrections.
• Understand the science behind workouts, heart-rate focused training, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment used in each workout.
• Be a team player and collaborate with the studio team.
