Qualifikationen

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) or ability to obtain.
• Strong ability to connect with and motivate others.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure members use correct form and receive corrections.
• Understand the science behind our workouts, heart-rate focused training, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrate proper use for every piece of equipment in each workout.
