Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience applying fireproofing or spray polyurethane foam systems.
• Active OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel up to 30% of working hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-pressure spray pumps, mixers, and specialized application equipment.
• Apply commercial fireproofing and spray polyurethane foam to project specifications.
• Prepare job-site surfaces by cleaning, masking, and inspecting substrate conditions before application.
• Perform daily equipment checks, nozzle adjustments, and system cleanouts to ensure production.
• Monitor material thickness and coverage to meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strict job-site safety compliance in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
