Qualificações

• Specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-09 level or pay band in Federal service or equivalent experience in private/public sector.
• Directing company fire suppression, rescue operations, and hazardous materials responses.
• Supervising firefighting crews, assigning shifts, evaluating performance, identifying training needs, and administering SOPs.
• Managing a major fire department program area (e.g., Training, Health and Safety, HAZMAT, Logistics, Fire Prevention, or Wildland/ARFF) and coordinating with external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Direct firefighting operations and coordinate rescue and hazmat responses.
• Supervise firefighting crews and subordinate officers; assign shifts and evaluate performance.
• Manage or direct a major fire department program area and update pre-incident plans.
• Coordinate emergency services or exercises with mutual aid partners and external agencies.
